Lift Truck Center Recognized in Elite Group of Toyota Dealers

While attending the Toyota annual dealer meetings, Lift Truck Center was recognized for 2021 top sales performance in the following categories:

• Sales Excellence-This award honors dealers and Sales Managers that demonstrate superior performance in the area of sales, operational efficiency, personnel management and training. To qualify, dealers must: achieve retail order/retail ship market share for Class I-V at or above the National Average, have at least 50% of the Sales Professionals certified, and achieve Sales & Delivery Overall Satisfaction scores at or above the national average.
• Sales Elite-This award honors dealers that excel in generating volume Toyota new unit sales.

We appreciate the LTC Sales Team and Leadership but also recognize that Sales Performance only occurs when all parts of the dealership are working in alignment to deliver customer satisfaction from service, parts, rental, and accounting.
